Cosmetic Body Surgery
If you are interested in fat or excess skin removal, tightening sagging skin, or repairing stretched abdominal muscles, we have cosmetic surgery options that will help you achieve your goals.
Unlike traditional liposuction, this procedure can be done in our office using only local anesthesia. Tumescent liposuction is considered very safe. During this procedure, the subcutaneous fat is filled with a fluid mixture containing lidocaine and epinephrine until the skin feels very full and firm. Dr. Steckler uses a microcannulae to suck out this fat in multiple, tiny incisions. A microcannulae is 1.5-3mm large, while a tradiitonal liposuction cannulae is between 6mm-1cm. With this new technique, the client has less bruising and blood loss and a faster recovery.
Liposuction and Liposculpture remove unwanted deposits of fat from targeted areas of the body. Liposuction is an excellent procedure if you have stubborn areas of fat that just won’t seem to go away. There are options to reshape the tummy, flanks, and inner and outer thighs. This procedure is sometimes used in conjunction with a tummy tuck to enhance its outcome. For men, liposuction is useful in reducing fat from the male breast.
Abdominoplasty, or tummy tuck, is a surgical procedure that tightens the abdominal muscles and removes unwanted, loose skin. Whether you’ve had one child or five, no this corrects your stretched muscles and sagging skin and helps achieve what exercise cannot fix. Being back to a flatter abdomen and tighter skin will make you smile and bring your confidence back. This procedure can also attack a stubborn “muffin top” and remove stretch marks.
Upper and Lower Body Lifts are a series of procedures used to eliminate excess, hanging skin that remains on the arms, legs, and abdomen after a considerable weight loss. These may include abdominoplasty, circumferential incisions, and liposuction. Schedule a consultation with Dr. Steckler to discuss this series of procedures and how they may help you achieve your goals.Schedule a consultation →
